arisxandra-libantino-advances-finalsPinay singing sensation Arisxandra Libantino earned the ticket to the finals after she belted out Whitney Houston’s ‘I have Nothing’ and impressed the judges of Britain’s Got Talent on Monday.

Judge David Williams gave her a standing ovation after her performance.

"You blew the roof off the joint. Simon made a point earlier about kids being on the show but if you have a talent like yours, you've got to share that with the world," said Williams.

"If you've got it, you've got it. Who cares how old you are. It was one of the best performances of the night, and I would like to dedicate this one to Bruce," said Simon Cowell.

Cowell was referring to entertainment icon Bruce Forsyth who reportedly criticized the show for featuring children.

Meanwhile, Arisxandra's father expresses his gratitude for the support of many Pinoys in UK for his Xaxa.

"I would like to thank all the Pinoys who have been supporting Xaxa, praying for her and they are massive (support)," he said.

Aristotle confided that a lot of media organizations have been contacting them requesting to interview his daughter, whose first BGT performance was also a big hit but it also attracted controversy because the song that was chosen for her is said to be not suited for her age.

On Wednesday morning, Libantino appeared on ITV’s "This Morning Show". She was also featured in various publications in UK.

The live-semi finals will continue this week to select more acts for the finals on June 8. The BGT winner will take home 250,000 pounds and the opportunity to appear in this year’s Royal Variety Performance.
